Types of coated fabrics

PA coating

Also called AC glue coating, that is, acrylic coating, it is the most common and common kind of coating. After coating, it can increase the hand feeling, windproof and drape.

PU coating

Namely, polyurethane coating, the fabric feels plump, elastic and has a filmy surface after coating.

Anti-flock coating

It refers to the anti-down coating, which can prevent the down from running out after coating, and is suitable for down jacket fabrics. However, all PA coatings that require water pressure are also called anti-flock coatings.

PA white glue coating

That is, coating a layer of white acrylic resin on the surface of the fabric can increase the coverage rate of the cloth surface, prevent the color from passing through, and make the cloth surface more vivid.

PU white glue coating

That is to apply a layer of white polyurethane resin on the surface of the fabric, the effect is basically the same as that of PA white glue, but the PU white glue has a fuller hand feeling, more elastic fabric and better fastness.

PA silver glue coating

That is, apply a layer of silver-white glue on the surface of the fabric to make the fabric have the functions of shading and radiation protection. It is generally used for curtains, tents and clothing.

PU silver glue coating

The basic function is the same as PA silver glue coating. However, PU silver-coated fabrics have better elasticity and better fastness. For fabrics that require high water pressure such as tents, PU-coated silver is better than PA-coated silver.

Pearlescent coating

Through the pearlescent coating on the surface of the fabric, the surface of the fabric has a pearl-like luster, silvery white and colorful. The clothes are very beautiful. There are also PA pearls and PU pearls. PU pearls are smoother and brighter than PA pearls, have a better film feel, and have the reputation of "pearl film".

Flame retardant coating

It uses flame-retardant coating glue to coat the surface of ordinary fabrics or all-cotton flame-retardant fabrics to achieve a certain flame-retardant effect and waterproof effect.
