PU synthetic leather-production method

Synthetic leather PU synthetic leather production methods can be divided into three types: dry method, wet method and cohesion method.

Dry method (also called coating method): FU resin is formulated into a sol with a certain solid content and a certain viscosity, and then coated on release paper as a carrier. Through an oven, a certain temperature, speed and other process conditions are controlled. The solvent is volatilized to form a film. Then the adhesive layer is coated on it and then compounded with the base cloth, after drying, curing and cooling, it is peeled off from the release paper, and finally through the printing process, the dry PU synthetic leather and release paper are obtained. After rewinding, it can be reused.

Wet method: the base fabric is directly immersed in the formulated PU resin, and then washed and solidified by 25% dimethylformamide aqueous solution, then washed with hot water, and finally dried and post-treated to obtain wet PU Synthetic Leather.

Coagulation coating method: the base fabric is immersed in PU resin, washed and cured, and then coated with resin and post-treated to obtain a cohesive coating method PU synthetic leather.
